Property management
With access to our extensive network of property managers, you will have a dedicated property manager to look after your property on an on-going basis. They will find you the best quality tenant ready from day one, and conduct regular rent reviews to maximise your cash flow.
Annual reviews
Your property advisor will complete annual reviews to track the performance of your property portfolio and plan ahead for future purchases. This includes bank valuations, rental assessments and finance strategy.
